A. May be in the installation, your windows account without Administrator right, some files cannot copy into Windows, Please use an Administrator right account login and reinstall the program.

Q. When Running the Race, the display is too slow or lag, what should I do?
A. First restart the program, set a lower Graphic quality and Start.

Q. How can I know whether need to update?
A. In the Main Menu, if the date below the Race Card is not the latest Racing Date, please click “Refresh” and update latest data.
Q. How to change the language?
A. Go to the Main Menu, click “Setting” and select the language you want.
Q. Why can’t save my race parameters?
A. Please go to the “setting” page, make sure the “Jockey A.I.” mode is off.
Please delete one of your saving parameters if it reaches the maximum limit 10 saves. You can save again.
Q. Can I open the saves of previous racing days?
A. No, when the latest Race Card released, all the saves of previous racing days would be auto deleted.
